Santee Carma J., age 47 of Mounds View. Preceded in death by father, Oscar Cartie; father-in-law, Donald Santee; and grandparents. Survived by husband, Steven; mother, Waneta Cartie; sisters, Susan (Carl) Klein, Pauline Cartie, and Mariann (Dale) Sigstad; aunts, Clarice Miles and Betty Kinsey; uncle, Ervin Judge; mother-in-law, Harriet Santee; step mother-in-law, Zenith Santee; sister-in-law, Karen Santee; brothers- in-law, Donald and Bruce Santee, and Donald Larson; nieces, nephews, and many friends. Carma will always be remembered for her love of children. Memorials preferred Emmanuel Christian Center Children’s Church. Private interment.
